Do you offer a BBQ Grill?

Yes! A complimentary Blackstone gas grill with propane and grill tools is available in the lanai. Please clean and cover it after use.

Is there an extra fee for heating the Pool & Spa?

No — pool heat (88°F) and spa heat (104°F) are complimentary.

What is the pool’s depth? Is there a child safety fence?

Yes, the pool ranges from 3 ft to 5 ft deep and includes a safety fence.

Are starter packs provided?
Yes — we provide:

• Paper towels
• Bathroom soap
• Toilet paper
• Kitchen trash bags
• Laundry/dishwasher pods
• Dish soap

Once used, please restock. We’ll share local grocery options, and Instacart is available.

Is there baby gear available?

Yes, including:

• 2 strollers, 2 high chairs, 2 pack-n-plays, jogging stroller
• 2 booster seats, 2 cribs with linens
• Baby tub, baby gate, baby monitor

Items are in the laundry room, under-stair closet, and koi bedroom closet

Use the brown bench outside the front door. Valet trash service picks up daily.

How does gate access work?

• Guests must be pre-registered
• No pass sharing allowed
• Driver’s license required at gate

How many vehicles are allowed?

Up to 6 vehicles per stay

What vehicles are prohibited?

No RVs, buses, golf carts, slingshots, or commercial vehicles

Do Uber/Lyft/day visitors need to be registered?

Yes, otherwise they’ll be turned away

Where can I park?

• 2 cars on the driveway
• Additional cars may park on the street (no parking on grass)

Can we access the clubs before check-in?

Yes! Use the left gate lane to receive your Orange Car Pass. Show this pass to get wristbands at the front desk of either clubhouse. Wristbands are issued daily.

Club rules:

Outside food/drinks not allowed except clear bottled water.
