The great thing about Feels Like Funshine’s floor plan is the number of common living areas there are while at the house. Whether inside or out, you’ll always have a comfortable spot to get together and enjoy each other’s company.
The living areas are just one part of what makes this Champions Gate villa so easy for a big group.
The Kitchen
In addition to the large side by side refrigerator, a beverage cooler, 4 burner glass-top stove, microwave and high-end Bosch dishwasher we also provide:
- two 12 cup coffee makers as well as a Keurig coffee maker
- toaster oven / air fryer
- water boiler (electric tea kettle)
- Electric Can Opener
- Rice Cooker/Steamer
- Popcorn Maker
- Waffle Maker

- Plenty of silverware, dishes and glasses
- A seperate ice maker in addition to the one in the fridge
The Living Room and Dining Room
If it’s a little chilly outside, the living room is where most of the relaxing happens.
The living room opens up to the kitchen, overlooks the pool and has an enormous leather sectional and an gigantic 85″ HD TV with an X-Box One Connected to it.
The Movie Theater
The private movie theater is the star of the villa, with a 150-inch screen, a 4K laser projector, Dolby Atmos surround sound, and 10 leather power recliners.
The Pool, Spa & Lanai
Most of the time spent relaxing here is spent in the lanai area. It just feels so nice!
There’s a table that seats 8 and an outdoor sectional that also seats 8.
There are a couple of ceiling fans if you need to take the edge off the Florida sun.
