“We had such a wonderful stay at this home! It was truly one of the best vacation rentals we’ve experienced!From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. It’s incredibly spacious and thoughtfully laid out, making it perfect for families or larger groups. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out, relax, and still come together comfortably. We loved the ample parking spaces as well as the washer and dryer!The amenities really made the stay special. The saltwater pool and hot tub were a highlight for us (especially being from the Northeast).. Perfect after long day out enjoying all the area offers. The game room and theater setup kept both kids and adults entertained (fun movie nights!), and the fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. You can tell a lot of care went into making this home feel comfortable and fun.The location is also ideal—close to everything (especially the parks), but still peaceful and relaxing when you come back for the evening.What truly set this stay apart, though, was the host. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Steve & Sandy were friendly, responsive, and helpful. Everything was smooth and easy, which made the trip that much more enjoyable.We made so many great family memories here and would absolutely stay again without hesitation. Highly, highly recommend!”

“Let me start by saying we come to Championsgate every two years for a golf trip. We’ve stayed in a LOT of these homes. But this one was by FAR the best. Perfectly clean, everything worked, theater room was amazing and the hosts were incredible. Can’t recommend this one highly enough. 10/10.”

“This was an extremely pleasant stay with some fantastic amenities and great communication from the hosts. Any problems we had were resolved quickly, the house was extraordinarily well stocked and labeled, the location was great, and overall it was a hassle free and enjoyable experience. Any issues we encountered (such as long lines at the automated gate at the entrance to the community) were outside of the hosts’ control and therefore I won’t hold anything like that against them.We were a small party of three and truthfully it was probably TOO much house for us, but it was hard to beat some of the fantastic amenities like the salt water pool/spa and the impressive theater room. Overall I would absolutely recommend this place to others and would seriously consider it again for the next trip we do in the area.”

“We rent a place every year for 10, now older, men to do a golf trip. This was great, exactly as advertised and more. Honestly everything was perfect. We really liked the hot tub and grill. TV’s all worked and the theater room was perfect with 10 chairs. There is a golf course in the back yard, and many more in the area. One unique twist to this rental, they actually pick up trach from your fron door every day, 10 guys generate a lot of trach, this was really nice. Well done Steve and Sandy(hosts), you guys are on your game.”

We planned a Disney vacation and decided to stay off property. This home served all of our needs, was close and accessible to all of the Disney locations and grocery stores. “Fantastic vacation house Steve and Sandy’s house was just perfect. It was beautiful and well kept. We loved being able to fit our large family around the beautiful long dining table. Beds were comfy and just loved sitting around the pool and jumping in when we got hot. Everything was top quality in the kitchen. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent Steve and Sandy’s home again.”

“Wonderful place to visit This was a wonderful house to rent!! All age groups will enjoy because there is truly something for everyone! The kitchen is stocked with high quality appliances, serving platters, and everything you’d need for 19 people! The bunk rooms have trundle beds which was an awesome surprise! All amenities from the pool, to the game room and the movie theater created a fantastic place for our whole family to relax and enjoy some quality time! “Disney Get Away Our family of 15 with 3 small dogs stayed for a week and had a blast. The home is exactly like the photos and everything is in working condition. Beautiful, spacious, we couldn’t have found a better home for a week’s get away. We will be retuning in the future.”

“Great Family Vacation Home We had an 80th birthday celebration for our father over the 4th of July week with 19 people. 14 adults and 4 children. We were very comfortable here and we had lots of choices for entertainment. The game room is exactly as described and the kitchen is well stocked. The kids enjoyed the pool/hot tub as well. The theatre was a hit with the adults and very user friendly. We had no trouble with hot water for showers which is always nice. Beds were all comfortable and plenty of towels to go around. As a bonus we enjoyed fireworks from 2 nearby resorts and the residents/guests put on a nice display as well. Traffic on I-4 was crazy so we didn’t venture out of the community and honestly didn’t have to. Thanks for a great family stay!! We made lots of memories that we will share for a lifetime. “This place is a gem This house was absolutely perfect to meet our needs. The house is well maintained and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the combination of beds & baths was great. The pool was clean and a good size for our group. The area is beautiful and felt safe to walk/run in the area. The location was ideal with many amenities within a 10-minute drive. The amenities in the community clubhouse were superb. We used the community pool/lazy river, tiki bar and restaurant. The food, service and prices were excellent. “Wonderful Vacation Home This property was perfection. The moment we walked in we were all smiles. The home smelled great. Everything was just as pictured and it had everything you could possibly need. The space is well thought out and just perfect. You can spread out when you want and come together comfortably when ready. The pool was great and having the grill ready to go was the icing on the cake. We had the best time and I’m looking to book again next year. The hosts are wonderful too. We’ve stayed in a number of rental homes for vacation and this was by far the best. My husband never thinks any place is clean enough and didn’t have any complaints. It was very clean and neat. All was wonderful on that front. The movie room alone was worth the cost. “It felt like Funshine! Our family of 18 had a blast staying at Feels like Funshine. From the moment we opened the front door, we were all pleasantly surprised. Everything was so clean and beautiful. The host was extremely attentive to our questions and needs and very thoughtful of the accommodations throughout the whole house. The beds were all comfortable and the linens nice. The kitchen was set up with all the essentials and the host labeled everything to help keep things tidy. The pool and spa was a big hit and so was the theater room and game room. It was a paradise for our 8 grandkids. The neighborhood water park was a huge extra bonus and hard to get the kids to want to leave. Another wonderful thing was there were 6 king size beds which fit our family so well. And the grandkids loved sleeping over with their cousins in the 2 bunk rooms. They even had cribs, pack and plays, strollers and high chairs, so thoughtful of the little ones. We didn’t have to pack anything but our swimsuits and clothes. “Ultimate Vacation Home The home was well equipped with everything we needed to have a fun filled vacation even if we decidedly to just hang out there the entire vacation (pool, game room, theater). The home and pool were immaculate! They offered so many complimentary amenities that many host do not such as (strollers, high chairs, safety gates, almost every kitchen appliance you could imagine, large grill,extra ice maker,heated pool during the day, pool towels, poolside games, etc).Everything was neat, clean in working condition! Nothing broken or worn! Host was very responsive when I needed to have gate passes updated. All communication was polite and courteous. Home was near all major attractions. “Funshine was Fabulous!!! Funshine describes this home and its wonderful hosts Sandy & Steve to a tee! The hosts are excellent communicators and made us feel like guests with their positive, easy vibes. Attention to details allowed us to vacation and not worry about a thing! From starter kits like hand soaps, shampoo, conditioner, dish soaps, kitchen cleaners, dishwasher pods, laundry soap and spot remover to name a few! The kitchen is fully stocked with all major appliances and starter coffee pods! Our children flew down with our grandchildren; 3 & 1 with only carry-ons and the house had everything we needed! Cribs, high chairs, strollers, baby monitors, etc. And did we mention the huge amount of space in this home accommodates everyone to enjoy the space as they choose! Did we mention the most inspiring Home Theatre 🍿 🎥! Topgun was a must lol The games room provided lots of memories and family fun throughout our stay! Pool table, air hockey, foose ball, shuffle board and ball toss! And don’t forget Miss Pac-Man! We enjoyed going for family strolls to visit playgrounds. “Wonderful Winter Trip to Disney and Universal We had an amazing stay at this newly renovated property in Kissimmee. The house is beautifully appointed with modern furnishings, technology, and other amenities. The layout is well thought through and the we had endless fun playing skee ball, billards, and shuffle board in the game room. The family also greatly enjoyed our movie night in the home theater following fun times at the parks. Unfortunately the weather was too cold for us to enjoy the pool or hot tub; both were heated but we’re not cold weather swimmers. The real treat was the hospitality the host Sandy and Steve extended us. Prior to arrival they shared text instructions for accessing the property, which made passing thorugh the security gates seamless. The shared w/ us grat advice on how to quickly get out of the community avoiding the traffic (nothing they could do about the traffic on I-4). Most importantly, at the end of the trip I inadvertently left behind a personal item and Sandy / Steve helped me to retrieve after we had checked out and were long gone. This is a 5 star place w/ 5 star hosts. When we are back in Orlando, we will be looking to get back into this place again. Show more”

“Our family vacation in 2024 We have been renting vacation homes for family vacations for the past 15+ years. Our family ranged from ages 6 through 90 years. This home by far has exceed all our past experiences with rental properties and has set the bar very high for all our future trips. From the first email we sent during our inquiry to the last conversation we had prior to checkout, Sandy & Steve have been open, honest and extremely prompt with their responses. The check-in process was very smooth and hassle free. From the moment we stepped into the home we were blown away by the attention to details in every room. They made sure their guests truly experience a home away from home. The home is equipped with high quality appliances which were in perfect working condition. The kitchen was very well stocked, and their drawers and pantry were well labelled. They provided more than just a starter package – which we have never experienced in any of our previous rentals. The home is extremely clean, each room is very spacious. The game room had a lot of games for all ages to enjoy and the movie theater with the ultra-relaxing chairs and huge screen was a definite favorite for every member of the family.
